OMF advised Finatem on its investment in dataWerks-Group, Seligenstadt, and on the Group's growth financing.

dataWerks-Group, which is present in Germany and the USA, develops and markets business intelligence solutions for big data. Its patented technology allows dataWerks to provide modern data analytics methods for large corporations and medium sized companies.

The acquisition of the majority stake in dataWerks is the first investment of the Finatem IV-Funds. OMF provided legal advice to Finatem's predecessor funds in several transactions in the past.
