OMF advises Finatem in Derby Cycle block sale to Accell
With the legal support of OMF, Funds managed by Finatem sold their 10%-stake in the publicly listed Derby Cycle AG to Accell Group N.V. Derby Cycle, the largest German manufacturer of bicycles, had celebrated their successful public listing only in February 2011.
Finatem sold its majority shareholding in Derby Cycle in the course of the IPO except for the 10%-stake which it now sold in a block trade to Accell Group N.V., the publicly listed Dutch market leader in the production of bicycles. OMF had advised Finatem also in the IPO of Derby Cycle.
