OMF advises Halder in the Sale of ADA-Group to Carlyle
The Frankfurt based Halder-Funds sold their majority stake in ADA-Group, Kehl, the leading European provider of hotel cosmetics, to a fund of Carlyle-Group.
Among the customers of ADA are renowned luxury hotels such as Brenners Parkhotel (Baden Baden), Jumeirah Emirates Tower (Dubai), Badrutt's Palace (St. Moritz) and leading hotel groups, including Relais & Château, Dorint, Steigenberger and Mövenpick.
Halder had acquired the Company from its founding shareholders in 2006 in an MBO together with ADA's management.
OMF provided to Halder legal and tax advice in this exit. The team which today practices as OMF had advised Halder also in the acquisition of ADA-Group in the year 2006.
