OMF advises Sellers on Sale of Northern Access to Deutsche Beteiligungs AG
Northern Access is a regional provider in the field of broadband telecommunications (internet and telephone). It aims to increase the number of accessible households to 20,000 by 2021. With the acquisition of Northern Access, DBAG adds another investment in the broadband telecommunications sector to its portfolio.
