OMF supports Finatem in the Acquisition of a Majority Stake in Herzog AG
OMF advised Finatem III in the acquisition of a 75% stake in Herzog AG, Schramberg. As part of passing the Company from its founder Helmut Herzog to a new generation, the previous co-shareholders Hanspeter and Markus Herzog together acquired 25% of the Company.
Herzog AG, which was founded in 1958, manufactures with about 400 employees precision turnings, drive system elements and transmission component kits for a variety of industry sectors, such as the power tools and cycles industry.
OMF advised Finatem in the transaction on the tax and corporate acquisition structuring, the acquisition documents, the re-participation of the co-shareholders, acquisition finance and the management agreements.
