OMF supports Quadnetics Group plc in the Acquisition of Indanet AG
Quadnetics Group plc, a UK-based leader in advanced surveillance technology and security networks acquired the majority of Indanet AG, Munich. Indanet AG is a leading German provider of integrated surveillance and security management systems to the transport industry. Among its customers are Deutsche Bahn and the public transportation providers of the Cities of Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt.
OMF advised Quadnetics in this multi-step acquisition of the Company from its founding shareholders.
