WST Präzisionstechnik – OMF advises Finatem in the Acquisition of a Majority Participation
OMF advised Finatem III in the acquisition of a 85% stake in WST Präzisionstechnik, Löffingen. The Sellers acquired a 15% shareholding in the joint acquisition company.
The company located in the Hochschwarzwald region of Germany, manufactures high-end ready-to-mount precision turned and milled parts based on state-of-the-art production technology. 230 fulltime employees work for WST Präzisionstechnik and achieve annual sales of approx. EUR 40 m.
OMF advised Finatem in the tax and corporate structuring of the transaction, reparticipation of the sellers, acquisition financing and the management agreements.
